The brief
Brazil has 513 federal deputies, and 2018 was the first election a lot of people were voting in. Straight answers are rarer than that number suggests.
The idea
IBM Watson, fed four years of their speeches, interviews and votes, returned as one personality with a chat box under it. It answers as the average of all 513 at once, and it will tell you what it thinks about guns.
The result
It was taken to the people complaining about politics online rather than waiting for them. Four and a half minutes is the average time somebody spent arguing with it. El Ojo made it a finalist in three categories.
